Islands & Highlands Rally 2025

On May 11-28, 2025, enjoy the most outstanding roads and views in the UK at the perfect time of year: fine spring weather, quiet roads, warm hospitality, beautiful scenery, astonishing historic sites...
   The Islands & Highlands Rally of Scotland starts south-west of Glasgow, beside the ferry to Arran and finishes on Shetland (ferry back to Aberdeen) after visiting up to 26 islands. We travel through the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland, with organised ferries throughout. We stay in the best hotels and other accommodation the islands can offer (two nights in some), with time along the way to visit whisky distilleries, castles, archaeological sites, monasteries, museums and so much more that the Scottish Islands have to offer.
   This event will follow our well-proven and much-enjoyed fun-competition formula. We provide a full set of detailed maps and a Route Book listing waypoints and passage controls: you plot the route on the maps and follow it. Special equipment is not required for the crew or the car, and our mechanics will follow and aim to keep your car running sweetly. We include as much as possible in the entry fee – all accommodation, almost all meals, back-up, rally plates, route book, maps and awards. You just pay for two overnight ferries, fuel and drinks.
